FAQs

Can I take a class if I’ve never done Pilates before?

Yes! Most of our classes are all levels (unless labeled “Advanced”). We love welcoming beginners and offer modifications to support all levels. Please arrive 10 minutes before class so we have time to show you around the machine. If you can, we do recommend starting with a private session to learn the basics, proper form, and how to use the reformer. Privates must be booked by phone or email (not available through the app).

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, movement-friendly workout clothes. Grip socks are required for safety. If you don’t have a pair, we sell them in-studio.

New to our studio?

We recommend you come 10 minutes prior. This allows you to make sure you get familiar with the location and have time to speak with our instructor and review the reformer, as reformer studios can operate just a bit differently based on the model of the reformer.

I’m running late — can I still take class?

We allow a 5-minute grace period after the class starts. After that, you won’t be admitted, and it will count as a late cancel. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, a no-show fee will apply and your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.

What is the minimum age to attend?

Group classes are for ages 16 and up. Minors may attend a private session with a parent present and a signed waiver.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation up to 8 hours before class with no fee. We understand that life happens, but fees cannot be waived.

• Late cancel (within 8 hours): $15

Are memberships or class packages transferable or refundable?

No. All memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you’d like to gift a class or package, we do offer the opportunity to do this, as well as using our gift cards.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes! You can freeze your membership once per term, for up to 3 months within a year.

Are children or pets allowed in the studio?

Children are not allowed in the studio unless they are attending a private session with a parent. Pets are not permitted.
