Do I need experience before trying a class?
No, all levels are welcome!
It's my first time, what should I bring/expect?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so we can show you around and get you set up. Grip socks are required!
Are there age restrictions to take the classes?
Yes, clients must be 16+ to attend a class.
What is the cancellation window?
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid a fee.
Is there a fee for late cancels or no shows?
Yes

Are you on any other platforms?
Yes, you can find us on Classpass and Wellhub.
What if I am running ate to class?
If you're more than 10 minutes late, we can't let you join for safety reasons!
Can I film in class?
For the comfort of everyone, filming during class isn't allowed, but feel free to snap a pic before or after!
