FAQs
Can I take a class if I’ve never done Pilates before?
Yes! Most of our classes are all levels (unless labeled “Advanced”). We love welcoming beginners. However, we recommend taking a private session first to learn the basics, proper form, and how to use the reformer. Privates must be booked by phone or email (not available through the app).
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, movement-friendly workout clothes. Grip socks are required for safety. If you don’t have a pair, we sell them in-studio.
I’m running late — can I still take class?
We allow a 5-minute grace period after the class starts. After that, you won’t be admitted, and it will count as a late cancel. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, a no-show fee will apply and your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
What is the minimum age to attend?
Group classes are for ages 18 and up. Minors may attend a private session with a parent present and a signed waiver.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before class with no fee. We understand that life happens, but fees cannot be waived.

• No-show: $20
Are memberships or class packages transferable or refundable?
No. All memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you’d like to gift a class or package, we offer gift cards.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes! You can freeze your membership once per term, for up to 1 month. After that, a $20/month fee applies until you’re ready to reactivate.
Are children or pets allowed in the studio?
Children are not allowed in the studio unless they are attending a private session with a parent. Pets are not permitted.

Welcome to Neaumixfit! These Terms & Policies are designed to help ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all clients. By signing up for or
participating in any of our classes or services, you agree to the following:
1. Services Offered
Reformer & Mat Pilates, Barre, Private Training
Instructor Certifications
Events & Retail (grip socks, apparel, accessories)
2. Booking & Attendance
Book classes via the Neaumixfit app or online.
Arrive on time; a 5-minute grace period is allowed. Late arrivals are marked late cancel and may lose their spot.
Waitlisted clients may be auto-added up to 12 hrs before class. After that, confirmation is required.
3. Cancellations & Fees
Cancel 12+ hrs ahead: Credit returned.
Cancel <12 hrs: $15 late cancel fee.
No-show: $20 fee.
Cancellations via app/online only — no texts, DMs, or voicemails.
No card on file? Class credit may be forfeited.
4. Membership Terms
3-month minimum commitment, auto-renews monthly.
Freeze: 1 free freeze per term; $20/month for additional freezes (email 7 days in advance).
Cancel via app or email at least 7 days before billing to avoid charges.
Memberships cannot be shared, paused mid-term (except freeze), or refunded.
Auto-debit: You authorize us to charge your card for membership, fees, and purchases. Keep billing info updated.
5. Conduct & Safety
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may lead to membership termination.
Clients are responsible for any damages they cause.
6. Attire
Grip socks required — no exceptions.
Wear fitted, movement-friendly clothing.
7. Studio Etiquette
Phones silenced. No calls or texts during class.
Photos/videos allowed before or after class only.
8. Age & Pet Policies
Group classes: 18+ only.
Minors allowed in private sessions with waiver + adult.
No pets; service animals must be pre-approved.
9. Final Sales
All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges:

10. Risk, Liability & Property
You accept all risks of physical activity.
Neaumixfit is not liable for injury, loss, or damage.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen items.
You agree to indemnify Neaumixfit against related claims.
11. Media Release
Entering the studio grants us permission to use your image for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
12. Service Interruptions
We are not liable for closures or disruptions due to:
Natural disasters
Health mandates
Government or facility issues
No refunds are given for such events.
13. Policy Updates
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation = agreement to new terms.
