I’m new to Pilates—can I still take class?
Absolutely. Our classes are designed to be welcoming to all levels, including beginners. Our instructors offer guidance and modifications so you can move at your own pace and feel confident from your very first class.

Do I need to choose a specific class level?
No—all of our classes are designed for all levels. Whether you’re brand new or more experienced, our instructors provide guidance and modifications so you can get the most out of every class.

How do I book a class?
The easiest way to book is through the Neaumix Fit Franchise app—available on iOS and Android. Just be sure to select the North Huntington Beach location. You can view the schedule, reserve your spot, and manage your account all in one place. You can also book through our website if you prefer.

What is the waitlist policy?
If you join the waitlist, please assume you’ll be added to class and are responsible for that spot. Make sure your email notifications are turned on.

• More than 12 hours before class: You will be automatically added if a spot opens.

• Less than 12 hours before class: You will NOT be automatically added. If a spot opens, you’ll need to remove yourself from the waitlist and book the class manually.

If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist or class at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancel.

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early, especially for your first class, so we can get you checked in and oriented. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class begins.

What do I need to bring to class?
Please bring:

• Grip socks (required for safety + hygiene)

• Comfortable workout clothes

• Water bottle

Grip socks are also available for purchase at the studio if needed.

Can I bring my child to class?
We love your little ones, but for safety and focus, the studio is reserved for class participants only. If you arrive with a child, you’ll be asked to reschedule your class.

Can I film or take photos during class?
To respect the privacy and experience of everyone in the studio, filming and photography during class is not permitted. You’re welcome to take photos before or after class—tag us if you do 

What is your late cancel / no-show policy?
We kindly ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before class so we can offer your spot to another client.

• Class package & membership (class count):
  Late cancel = loss of class credit
  No-show = loss of class credit + $20 fee

• Unlimited memberships:
  Late cancel = $10 fee
  No-show = $20 fee
