Can I take a class if I’ve never done Pilates before?

Yes! Most of our classes are all levels (unless labeled “Advanced”). We love welcoming beginners. However, we recommend taking a private session first to learn the basics, proper form, and how to use the reformer. Privates must be booked by phone or email (not available through the app).

 

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, movement-friendly workout clothes. Grip socks are required for safety. If you don’t have a pair, we sell them in-studio.

 

I’m running late — can I still take class?

We allow a 5-minute grace period after the class starts. After that, you won’t be admitted, and it will count as a late cancel. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, a no-show fee will apply and your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.

 

What is the minimum age to attend?

Group classes are for ages 18 and up. Minors may attend a private session with a parent present and a signed waiver.

 

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before class with no fee. We understand that life happens, but fees cannot be waived. 

• Late cancel (within 12 hours): $15

• No-show: $20

 

Are memberships or class packages transferable or refundable?

No. All memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you’d like to gift a class or package, we offer gift cards.

 

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes! You can freeze your membership once per term, for up to 1 month. After that, a $20/month fee applies until you’re ready to reactivate.

 

Are children or pets allowed in the studio?

Children are not allowed in the studio unless they are attending a private session with a parent. Pets are not permitted.
